Eduardo de Roda

Eduardo de Roda is CEO for FREO Iberia, appointed in December 2025.

With more than 22 years of experience in the real estate sector and a deep knowledge of the Spanish and Portuguese markets, Eduardo brings a solid professional track record. He spent over 15 years at Patrizia, following its merger with Rockspring in 2017, where he served as Country Manager and Head of Transactions for the Iberian region. Since his appointment as Country Manager in 2019, Eduardo led the diversification and expansion of the Iberian portfolio, quadrupling its size and reaching a historic peak of more than €2 billion in Assets Under Management. During this period, the total transaction volume exceeded €3 billion, including commercial and residential assets across different risk profiles.

Prior to his tenure at Patrizia, Eduardo developed his career at prestigious companies such as Unibail Rodamco Westfield, in the Investment division; Sonae Sierra, in Investment and Asset Management; and Aguirre Newman, in Consulting, where he began his professional journey in 2004.

Eduardo holds a degree in Business Administration and Management from CUNEF.
